professor hates me

So I'm really struggling with a foreign language class. I've done all the hw, studied, and gone through presentations. The biggest problem are the tests and I'm confused when I get them even after I study since multiple choice confuses me. Anyway today I went in for the review and sat down. The professor said to write stuff down, and I didn't know what the word was because I felt anxious and started looking at my phone for the answer. She freaks out at me and tells me to move next to her so she can see what I'm doing and won't listen to me trying to explain. (this is a college class). Also other people were using electronics too :/ She then announces I'm not trying and NEVER have in the class in front of everyone. I just sit there in silence trying to get the review because I want to pass the class and she kept picking on me. When she looked the other way I snuck out. it was horrible :(

The feeling that the students are getting out of control and that one must do something quickly to maintain control is a feeling that a professor can have very easily. Sometimes they misinterpret what they are seeing because the thought of losing control frightens them. I know because I am one. I'm not exactly sure why you were singled out, but the professor might have been thinking that if she made an example of you then the other students would also be more obedient.
