That's just what people say when they try to be nice. Lies. I am just ugly. And my beard also looks awful, by the way.


As for my random thoughts.... I'm afraid I cannot forget a certain something. It's driving me crazy, it's killing me.... I think I'm going insane. I always screw up everything that matters to me. I just hate everything I do because I always end up hurting others and myself. I wanted to do something good for me and for someone else and now everything is worse. I am so sorry but it's all my fault. I did it and I'm going to suffer the consequences.


Anyway, this is my 3000th post woohoo...

Exactly.
This I must do I think.
It is a difficult thing to take being hurt emotionally as just an experience. Once it is done and past and dealt with, maybe. It is a shame part of the experience is allowing the emotions.

Whatever this something was, you were trying to do something good for everyone involved, so you have nothing to be sorry for and nothing to blame yourself for. Sometimes, even when we have the best of intentions, things go wrong due to factors outside our control. What matters is that you were trying to do something good. I'm sure the other person knows this too, and if they know you at all, they must know what a good and kind man you are, and how you simply don't have it in you to do anything with malice or bad intent.

^Yes, "It's the thought that counts." And don't beat yourself up to bad over what may have turned out to be a mistake, learn from it. Everyone makes mistakes, might be a harder pill for some of us to swallow but it's a fact of life. Maybe you failed your math test, don't agonize over how it'll hurt your final grade, look over your mistakes and make sure you don't make them again (also make sure to look at what you did right). It's all you can do, life moves on, might as well go along with it.

Thanks guys, I hope you're right. I'm not sure if it's a real mistake, though, I have no idea what will happen in the end. My life is now filled with uncertainty.

PS: I wish it was just my math test lol

I'm sorry BlueDays. There are genuinely nice people out there, but you've got to sift through the fakers and the crap to get to them. It seems like pure niceness is becoming a rarity in this world, but I don't want to believe that. I want to believe that there are a lot more truely nice people out there, but we're just not looking in the right place. It might seem naive of me, but, even so, I still want to believe. Just keep being nice to others and learn how to spot "pyrite" from "gold", okay?

What Deadman said. I thought the world was lost, that there were no nice people out there. And then I found I was wrong, there is still nice people out there! Just keep searching, keep being nice and you will eventually find someone who is really nice.

hmmm, I hope you guys turn out to be right. It's just gets harder to trust people when you have so many negative experiences. I admire people like you guys who can hold onto that positive attitude:)

I was so close to having an undefeated holiday board game season. Things started off well when I beat my mom and brother at scrabble by a lopsided 70 points, then came sequence at my grandparents where I defended my perfect record and won easily.

Then at the last minute we decided to play Racko and all hell broke loose. I won the first round with a lucky hand, and that was the beginning of the end. From there I lost the next 3 rounds and the chance of a perfect season. Curse you Racko, curse you!
