the badlands of south dakota!
and iceland. i've been there twice but i've only explored the southern half (and flew up north to grimsey island, on the arctic circle). i'd like to take several weeks and travel the ring road and everywhere in between! i'm tired of taking trips completely alone though. i'd like to do the ring road thing with someone.

Scary, these are actually the exact 3 next on my list. I'm not the only one who dreams about south dakota!

I wouldn't mind visiting the forest moon of Endor. Or several places in Middle-earth (Mirkwood, the Misty Mountains, and maybe the Brandywine among others). And there's that seductively evil Menzoberranzan, although there are much nicer places in the Realms.

In the real world I'd like to visit Gettysburg, PA overnight and look for ghosts and other fun stuff. I've wanted to visit Transylvania and the Carpathian Mountains for years.

I think I'll stop now. Because if I start thinking, there's really nowhere that I wouldn't want to see at least once.

I personally love anywhere in nature, especially in the mountains near a stream.
