Possible HH Solution

I was just thinking the other day about possible ways to permenantly cure HH. This is going to sound weird but just think it over a bit. Instead of focusing on how to make the sweating stop in my hands, which I dont think will ever be possible no matter what, I was thinking of ways to stop people from noticing the sweat on them. One thing I thought of would be to have a waterproof layer added on top of the palms of your hand to block the sweating underneath. I dont thnk a skin graft would work, I think it would have to be a synthetic material. It would end up being like a permenant version of those wax dips people put there hands in. If anyone can think of any flaws of this idea or any other thought please comment.

It's funny cause I looked into that for my daughter a while ago and I came across different hand sprays that climbers use! I think it leaves a film on your skinto help you grip the rock.I bought a spray on ebay but it wasn't effective but there were a number of different ones!!
