Since Ive been having a really rough time with negative self thought, on advice from a psychic actually, I started writing poetry. My English teach would have had a hay day, but we'll hope he doesnt frequent the site.

I might post the odd one, hope it might help someone out. I wrote it so it was easy for me to visualize.

Through the clouds…….. the sun shines,
Through the rain…….. the color appears,
Through the dark……. light can be seen,
Through the struggle……. hope can be felt.
Through the night……. morning will break,
Through the pain……. comfort will ease,
Through the bad……. good overcomes,
Through the battle………peace will prevail.
