i think it's a good idea to let people see this sort of thing... like me - i had absolutly no idea how badly they treat those poor animals until i saw some of that clip.
but it's so hard to try and warn people how horrific it really is. i felt so sick seeing it. it really effected me. i couldnt sleep last night - those images are burned into my head. i wish it was easier to solve problems like these...
i just don't understand why they could'nt have just killed them. breaking their necks properly, so they did'nt have to go through all of that. it's just so wrong.

Yeah that was the worst part about it,i mean i know it sounds brutal still,but i mean even if they clubbed them to death first or like despise said snapped there necks it would of been the lesser of 2 evils.I dontknow how far you got despise,but the reason they didnt kill em first is because they seemed to enjoy the pain they were inflicting

After they strung one of em up,savagly ripped into it with a knife, tore its fur off it (and the skin which came with the fur), i thought it was dead,it was still moving slightly but i thought it was a death twitch sort of thing,but they threw it on to the back of the lorry,then the poor thing stood up and looked at the camera,which the guys who were doing it
seemed to find amusing

Anyways thats what to expect if anyone does decide to watch it,even through my words dont come close to describing how awfull it is.Maybe Scottish_player and despise are right and we need to see stuff like this to shock us cos it has far more impact than a leaflet about it or somthing would.

Being a coward I have no particular wish to vomit my dinner over my PC. Can I ask who this video is by? where it is taken? how much does this happen? how long ago was it filmed? etc etc.

I'm far from an animal rights activist but yeah skinning live animals is vile. I just want to get a proper perspective on the issue.

How much is alot? How many animals are skinned alive each year? How many countries do this? Sorry I just try to learn as much as possible. Is this group well known? Can they be trusted? Are they just con artists using real footage to gain 'donations'? etc etc.

i dont buy any products that support the inhumaine treatment of animals.
I do not buy any fur items at all, i dont use soap with animal products, i have cut most red meat out of my diet, i buy free range eggs, dont eat seafood, and am slowly cutting out meat all together.
I have seen a video similar to that video, and it is gorey, but it is wat happens to helpless animals and the only way we can help is not supporting the people that are doing it by buying their products.
