Pills

I have this phobia that pills are in everything, and are on everything. Sometimes I feel like I swallow them out of the blue. I don't know how this started, i just woke up one day, and litterally it was there, I have been this way for 3 years.. any advise please?

What happened 3 years ago? Did you start taking any meds?

I never had these pill thoughts until I started taking cymbalta, I was on it for 2 months before they finally took me off... the pills thoughts went away for 2 years, and now they are back, I dont understand, I dont see what could have triggerd such thoughts in the first place, I find it crazy, and unreal what I think, but I still think it.
