A search didn't bring up any mention of this before so I thought I'd post.
A friend of mine with fibromyalgia sent me this link to the site she's on: Social Anxiety Disorder Community : PatientsLikeMe Turns out they have a large area devoted to mental health as well as physical.
Anyway, it's a user-based site and the great thing is that when you sign up (free, no add-ons or anything) you have a daily mood-map where you can rate your feelings, several charts and graphs that detail your emotional/mental health on whatever basis you wish to give, and it lets you pick what treatments you've tried or are on at the moment, and lets you know how many others on the site share your symptoms/treatments.
Incredibly useful site regarding the charts and graphs. Not really a replacement for 'talking' things out, but an awesome supplement. Haven't fully explored the site but it looks like you can really go into detail.
