I am trying Remeron and Klonopin. Never tried them before and I've been doing this for about 34 years now. Since I was 20. Currently in an outpatient "partial" group and making some changes in my life. I have to find solutions to some of the things I ruminate about. I am serious in this endeavor and need to find a way to get out more. It's just necessary no matter how the socializing bothers me. Just got a free YMCA membership and I am an idiot if I don't use that. So I could do one hour a day. Trying so hard to produce some productive thoughts here as I face another weekend broke and first day on the new meds. tHank God for my dog and cat. I hope you are well today. Thanks.
