Not Shy But Embarrased?

For any college students, do any of you "seem normal" and people approach you in the halls and you can talk and stuff but you're very embarrassed of other people over hearing you? Basically it's like you're put on the spot and you mess it up...

What is that exactly? I'll introduce myself later as this is my 1st post...

i used to get this a lot. i would be talking to someone fine and then someone else would come and stand nearby and i would suddenly shut down.
dont really have an answer for what it is only that i understand what your going through. welcome anyways.

maybe its intimidation of people who seem more interesting than what you have to say?? i dunno thats how i feel sometimes
