New to forums, experienced with agoraphobia

Hello everyone! As you can see im new to this forum and I hope that I can learn some new things on here that might help me and I hope that I can use some information that I have learned to help people. Im 22 years old and have been living with severe agoraphobia for 4 and a half years, and I have been living with anxiety attacks for 10 years. It has been 4 years since ive been off of my property. Hopefully I get to know some of you and we can help eachother out
