So, after years of wondering what the hell is wrong with me, my therapist has given me a temporary diagnoses of Social Phobia. Out of all the research and online tests that I've done, it's without a doubt the most accurate (I either score slightly under or at maximum criteria). I won't be completely sure until I'm able to see a psychiatrist, but for now I just want to start moving in the right direction. I'd like to help others on this board by learning more about each other and sharing our feelings and getting to the root of the problem.
