my crazy symptoms plz help

Hey does anyone suffer from the following symptoms

-dry mouth
-sweaty underarms
-constatly sweaty feet
-constatly sweaty palms
-racing thoughts
-rapid and hard heart beat
-anxiety/social/generlised
-throbbing sensation in the head all the time
-ability to hear ownheart beat when lying down
-sweating all over the body even when its dammn freezing outside


but my real concern is my bloodshot eyes which get worse when my heart starts beating real fast.
if anyone has the simiar symptoms please respond.

If u'r constantly feeling them or for a large part of the time then u should really see a doctor.

I've got dry mouth, i get redish eyes at night or when i had a long day. I've had a period of pretty sweaty palms to the point it was peeling. But now i dont' get that anymore. for me the focus is just on one symptom of Sa at a time be it red face, sweaty palms or shakiness, short breathed. They alternate for some reason (right not its probably blushing).

Ur symptoms sound liek they're driving u crazy i really think u should see a doctor. It sounds like a medical condition more serious than SA induced.

i get those symptoms when Im having a panic attack. If i had the constantly i wouldnt be able to cope so I admire your strength if you have to live with this. I agree you should probably see a doctor if these are constantly troubling you

I have all of those symptoms, also my memory is bad, i cant remember anything. I watch tv shows and cant remember the plot or the names of the characters and my friends can recite almost a whole show or movie after only seeing it once. So my memory is affected by always focussing on the anxiety, its a real distraction

Not crazy at all.I had a lot of those symptoms all the time.To me it sound like a panic attack.

Just to make sure go to a doctor tell him about your symptoms and go from there.

I get most of the symptoms you listed. The dry mouth is really uncomfortable and it's especially bad if i'm eating out,i'm afraid to swallow my food because i feel like i'm gonna choke on it.
