My chest hurts mostly.

Everyday, when I wake up, I feel that i'm breathing through my chest, and then I start to feel really tensed, my whole chest hurts (even now), and i feel like a balloon, i really want to breathe on the right way, breath through my belly, that's the trick.
But it goes so automaticly that I forget to breath through my belly,
and then i feel pain again, and anxiety.
Always when I have to go to a social situation, i feel pain in my chest.
Like that I take too much deep breaths.

Does anybody have some tips??

They say when you breathe right, you won't feel anxiety so bad anymore.
Cuz when people are afraid they always breathe through their chest, and the anxiety you will feel in your chest.

Yup sounds like panic disorder, all I remember is that they say to breath in through the mouth and out through the nose.

What does your GP or shrink advise?

My mum only has one part functioning lung, the doctors told her to imagine that she breathe in the air at the base of her back. Sounds strange but is really effective. When I'm anxious I tend to breathe way too shallow and breathing the way the doctors suggested does help.

Apparently shallow chest breathing is a form of hyperventilating. You need to learn to breathe into your stomach if that's your problem.

I find that massaging my neck kinda helps it, but thats me, you can try that though. I really recommend that you continue breathing into your belly

Have you seen a doctor? Just do it to make sure its nothing more serious. Practice breathing exercises. Once you have it down, you will feel a lot better. Take some supplements such as GABA, and 5HTP to help ease anxiety. This should help :)
