I know this might be out of topic but I was trying to log on msn and hotmail. I could log on but I can't send messages because I need to verify my account. I can only read email but not reply to them. I need to verify my hotmail account with a cell phone number and another code number which I don't have. What else can I do to reactivate my msn account. I can still read but not send or reply so I had to temporarily create another hotmail account. I just hate how hotmail deactivated my account because my account has automatically been spamming other emails. Any help would be nice
