So in one of my classes is a girl i always thought was cute. She sat two rows in front of me, and of course having SA i couldnt make the first move. I came into class today and she was sitting at the computer next me. I playfully asked what she was doing in the back, and she said her computer wasnt working. the class went on, we didnt say much to each other bc everyone was trying to finish the lab. 10 minutes left into my class, i notice an empty bag of M&Ms next to her. I was like "how are you gonna come back here with a bag of m&ms and not save me any?" she giggled, we talked about how crazy the teacher was, and in the back of my head i was thinking to myself, "ask for her facebook, ask for her facebook" finally, as we were ready to leave i suced it up, and said,"whats your facebook? im gona make sure you bring me my m&ms" she gave it to me and her email...and then, the coolest thing happened, she said "wait, whats yours? just in case" i could feel my spirit lift up from off the ground, then when i got home not 20 minutes later, she had already friended me. later in the day we messaged each other back and forth and were gonna try and meet up after break. Now, who knows how that might turn out, with my depression and anxiety usually making me back out of such things, BUT, the ey here is that sometimes by just getting out there, and not even doing us, g-d will met us halfway and give us a helping hand. There is always hope and prayer. Good luck to us all.
