do you suffer from mood swings? happy to low ...or only extremely happy or super down? i have this... ._.

I do too. It's very tiresome because it happens to me very quickly and it's usually because of little things of my daily life.

I can have several moods swings one day and nothing the next, confuses myself and others a fair bit.
