question - what do you do when you're in the middle of a date and she says "it sounds like you have no confidence in yourself."

It depends really how it is put , but i think that i would do the same toothpastekisses said, i always do it (not always sucefully)
but i dont really know , since i never get a date...

The best thing is to be yourself. If someone's like it good , If someone don't better luck to them.

I'm not telling you shouldn't fight SA, you're not your problem, i know it because i don't show/do many things because i'm afraid with no reason - SA - if you think you need to get more confidence in yourself, go get it.

I'm also not telling that the girl is kicking you, i don't know, what i know is that rejection happens and we need to deal with it.

OFFTOPIC: i don't know if i would always get a date, i can't invite a girl to go out , for the sole porpouse of analysing if she fits me or not. To me it looks imoral, She's a person as alive as me.

I wouldn't necessarily interpret it as rejection, but I know what you mean. My guess is that a lot of people consider low self-esteem a major turn off, because the person is too insecure. I imagine the only way around this issue is acting phony, which I don't recommend. Have you tried some type of therapy? Maybe it would help you with this?

That is not necessarily being rejected shy might think you have no confidence but still like you. I have heard but can't confirm it but some girls actually like shy guys who are quiet.

Wow that's rough, sorry to hear that. I've never been on a date but if a girl said that to me I wouldn't know what to do. Just another reason for me to be afraid to talk to people.
