Medication tips

I realize the risks of lowering my medications and have spoken with my psychiatrist about it. However it is going terribly and was wandering if anyone has had any experience with the following pills and how I should go about coming off of them whether it's hospitalization or on my own. And in what order

Ativan: 3mg
Wellbutrin XL: 300mg
Effexor XR: 75mg (was 225mg)

any help is much appreciated

This is best worked out with your doc, advice from here would be dubious, particularly with a mix of meds. If they aren't working out for you, get your psych to suggest adjustments before considering coming off altogether
