I don't think that term exist
Is there a term that exists for it?
When you are constantly anxious if you have anything that means something to you (money, friends, a relationship other than (including family),) because you are fearful of losing it. You purposely ignore that you have something when you do, so that you have nothing to lose.

Maybe in more extreme situations, you don't do anything that will make you feel good because then you will be anxious once you have it that it will leave you.

(I'm relating this to life atm. Won't go on runs because the endorphins will leave, won't go on a walk because I'll have to come back to the house, won't appreciate any small thing in general because i'm worrying that I will worry about it)
Anyone? Term? Hm?

Yes, I feel loss anxiety, but in a different way. I have built a running dream out of hard work. I am scared that I will lose this running dream as a result of complications with my anxiety. I've spent days this year at running races in which I feel like a different person, so happy and full of hope. I have had glimpses of how rewarding life can be, of the highs you can really achieve in life if you put the effort in. I am anxious of losing that.

I am fearful that my anxiety could cause me to lose my job, for my fear of facing people to become so much that I can no longer get to the start line. This almost happened to me last year, a complication made me want to avoid the local cross country. I faced up to this fear but at a great cost
