Look @ my MRI and tell me what you think?

Doesn't seem at all like anyone is chastising you, or even trying to. It's kind of like a bait and switch. You posted pictures of your brain, asking for people to come up with something wrong and then you turn the tables saying how it really has nothing to do with the brain whatsoever.

I understand it's a way for you to express your thoughts, and pretty unique I gotta say, but you can't justifiably get all defensive when people are confused.

EDIT: And I'm not trying to attack you. Don't take this the wrong way.

I know your intentions are good. You have to understand that words are powerful. You may not be consciously aware of the effect they have on your perception, but they do have an effect. How you frame infromation in various contexts can drasticlly change the tone of a conversation. Most people know it as spin or propaganda but there is a more precise study of the discipline called NLP which stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programing. You'd be surprised how subtle word play can effect how you perceive things. ESPECIALLY when your not aware that it's going on. Unfortunately, in my experience, there are some really nasty people in the world that exploit this technology as "spells" on people they perceive as mentally weak or gullable. It's like being a used car salesman or politician but much worse... Maybe it's paranoia. I'm just tired of being lied to...

I have a physical condition, I was not happy with my first consultants diagnosis as it seemed like nonsense, I was told I was incurable, so I looked for someone who was the head of his field. Luckily the consultant was less than 50 miles away. I got a second opinion that made total sense and the treatment is working out fine.

Maybe try the same?

I'm sorry to hear about your condition.
I've seen several neurologists who did not seem willing to work with me. They were dismissive, stand-offish, condescending and had no answers for me. I'm ever the optimist, however, and hold on to the hope that there will be some doctor who will stick his (or her) neck-out and notice the pink elephant in my skull.
Actually, there was one. The neuro-psychologist I saw had corroborated through a CBT work-up what I'm experiencing. Unfortunately, he's not a medical doctor and that would not lead to any medical treatment. However, between me and the neuro-psych, it would appear the only meaningful treatment is cranioplastic surgery.
I'm always on the hunt for a new neurologist. I'm extremely disillusioned, dissatisfied with the amount of quackery that exists in our healthcare system. I'm sure I'm not alone in that feeling.

I'll take your advice and will try to arrange a consultation with the head of the neurology department. Is that you in your pro-pic? How's your twin brother doing?

I googled about, asked on forums, got recommendations for the best oto-neurologists in my country. Even looked at going abroad. For a second opinion get the best!
