You know, in today’s world, a technology is omnipresent in our lives. We are so much bombarded
with the web-2 technologies, social networking services and mobile services etc - we do not notice
that we breathe, eat and live.
Even we forget to appreciate the good jobs done by our parents, fans and the co- workers.
On the other hand we long for revenge to them over some petty things. We go to the extent of saying,
“I will not talk with that person forever”. Who knows, we may never see them again even in this
unpredictable present life. And of course we presume that our life is permanent.
Just go through the following story and see how our fickle mind works……
Once, there was a blind girl who hated herself because she was blind. She hated everyone,
except her loving boyfriend, who was always there for her. She said that if she could only see
the world, she would marry her boyfriend.
One day, someone donated a pair of eyes to her. She could see everything, including her boyfriend.
Her boyfriend asked her, “Now that you can see the world, will you marry me?”
The girl was shocked when she saw that her boyfriend was blind, and refused to marry him.
Her boyfriend walked away in tears, and later wrote a letter to her saying - “Just take care of
my eyes dear.”
