So I have this idea. It can be a thing where we all help each other stick to it. If anyone is interested, we should all write journals and then share little bits and pieces of them, here. It can be daily, or weekly, or wheneverly. I am doing a daily journal, just so I can gauge when and how anxious I get. My doctor and I think that my anxiety waves are because of PMDD. SooooOoO.. I gotta keep track of it! ANYWAY! GOOD TIMES! We all write journals and share here, and be here for support. Because that's what support groups should be doing!
You can write about anything you want really. I generally write about how I'm feeling, or pivotal moments in my day.. Or even the lack there of! haha. Anyway! Feel free!
