L-theanine is working for me!

I am back 😛 Green Tea doesn't work for me so I should go and buy this L-theanine pills but I am afraid that in my country they are unavailable :/.

drop where are u from?.....has anyone living in australia been able to get this. i have tried at a few shops with no luck, at one place i was told they can get in an amino acid called "threonine" but not "theanine". threonine is for people with motor neurone disease apparently, i doubt they are the same thing spelt differntly, are they?

i need to know if i can actaully get this in australia, as i want to go on the L-theanine challenge, sounds promising.

its ok, i just bought a bottle on ebay!! hahah good old ebay saves the day again. but let me tell you they are not cheap thats for sure. and i think its the same as drinking lots of green tea, will let you know if it works for me.

edit: jinxed i'm not sure exactly what motor neurone disease is, but i'm pretty sure that stuff is not the same anyway.

Eh, honestly I am not noticing much.

Only thing different this week is that I had two really good runs. But that might just be a coincidence.

But then, I have never seen much improvement in anxiety from any sort of chemical.

I've been trying it for a few days now.

While it's no miracle cure, I have found myself going into everyday situations without the usual hestitation and worrying.

its still early days for me yet, but i did notice my heart didn't seem to race after taking it when it noramlly would have.
