Over the past few months, I had depression kick in, and after doing a little research, I found out why.

A lot of this has to due with diets and exercises. I figured out why I had negative mood-swings a few months ago, and apparently this was due to a nutrient shortage.

Drinking things like vitamin water, getting sunlight exposure, and eating certain vegetables can be certain assist in mood improvement.

Although I can't say that this can help everyone, it certain do good for a lot of people.

Spending time outdoors and getting exercise (walking) has always been my best mood-lifter. But yeah, the motivation to get up and actually do it is kinda lacking. ::eek::
