We have got find a way to supress these stupid irrational fears! I have come up with some ideas: We can use logic, or, we can put up a wall of anger. For example, we get mad about having this ****ing problem, and we need to use our anger on our anxiety. We need to get into the mindset of: "Why the **** am i worrying about such stupid ****?? NOBODY gives a damn about what i'm doin! It's messing up my life and i REFUSE to let it control me anymore!" I mean, don't just go off every time you panic or something. But Social Anxiety is truly ridiculous. We are just too weak to overcome it. We keep thinkin that it has got the best of us. Most of us on here are really intelligent. We ARE capable of thinking and focusing when we are alone, so what is the damn difference in front of other people?? We can do so much with our lives, and we say it's not fair for us, but we are the ones who continue to let it lead us in the direction we don't wanna go! I hope i have gave you all some decent advice, and i hope this helps. Of course, this is just my opinion of it. Just don't let anymore time pass before you get to where you need to be. Do it now! The sooner, the better.
