is there a difference between anxiety sweating and having HH?

HH has caused anxiety for me my whole life. Would I be anxious otherwise... maybe, probably? I know I'm less anxious in some aspects of my life since getting my palmer hh under control. I find it a lot easier to be around people when my hands are dry and I'm a people person.

I think HH has a connection with Anxiety. Anxiety makes you sweat, and HH makes you feel anxiety because you don't want anyone mentioned it.

But hey, there are people who don't give a **** about their HH, it's just what you think. I don't have HH myself, But I can understand how tough it could be.
Aren't their any medications for it?
