Is anyone else interested in entering the mental health field?

Are you interested in the field of psychology? I personally am because I have been to the depths of hell and can understand those who act "abnormally"? I guess labeling someone "abnormal" depends on the perspective of the evaluator. I have a weird attraction to every "abnormal" individual I meet. Whether it be romantic or not. Therefore, I think I would make a great mental health worker? does anyone else feel this way or have an opinion about it?

Indeed. I'm getting ready to start college and I'm getting my masters in Criminal and Child psychology. I can relate and understand what you mean.

good for you, i am graduating with a bachelors in sociology and spanish on the 19th. I realize and hope you do as well but there is a lot of classes involved in this field. That being said i need to take care of MY issues before i try and help others.
