is anyone afraid of making eye contact?

Hello today I was wondering if anyone had trouble or is a little afraid of making eye contact. With me I always have trouble making and holding eye contact. It always kinda scared me or it make me feel inferior in a weird way. I guess its because I never really have conversations with anyone. I wanna know if anyone else has trouble with this and how it effects them.

I can hold eye contact like a boss and it still scares the crap out of me. Sometimes it feels like they can see into your soul, and not in a good way.

I simply can't make eye contact in personal settings, but when I have had a job, I had much less problem with it there. No idea how or why that works.

Exactly! It's scary, but it was worse. I'm slowly getting used to it.
