i'm sure yours is not the first sweaty palm they've had the pleasure of shaking

don't worry about it

just use a firm, confident grip - they'll remember that more

You can always mention to them in a secure confident manner that you have a condition called HH. It's hard to hide that which we cannot hide. It's all about your presentation. It never stopped me from getting a job, and now that I'm older I'd briefly explain I have an annoying hand condition and kind of joke about it.
