Well, here I am, all is quiet on the home front. But something I feel is amiss with me. I just can't seem to shake the gnawing feelings of sadness, extremely high anxiety level, like I am on the verge of a panic attack any moment. I jump at the slightest noise. meh, for now, I will chalk it up to the fact I just need to get to my doctor - as soon as the money situation improves...ugh.
I saw that one guy I was having trouble with, at the store a while back. Of all the stores here...ha, sounds like a bad movie.
anyhow, he asked how I was, the usual friendly gestures. He then proceeded to tell me how busy he's been, going here, doing that, photographing these famous people, and how his life is ruled by his calendar. Umm, ok. that's cool.
But it leaves me asking the question, why is it that some people want to make sure you know how busy they are, or how little sleep they've had, or how they pull all nighter and telling you "my friend invited me to..."
Yes, to a degree, I will admit, it does make me a bit envious, but ultimately when I look back, it's just silly and makes me think he is insecure or has low self esteem or something.
Anyone ever encounter these 'types' of people and do you think it is insecurity on their part or what? Just curious...my mind in over-drive
I will admit, at times, yes I am insecure, have bouts of self esteem issues, but I just keep to myself and learn to cope, overcome it. granted, there are times where I do get into my 'funky moods' (like now) but still, I try to think of the positive, keep pushing forward, then you run into someone like "J" and it makes my head spin...lol
But some people try to infuse others with their nonsense...
does that make any sense?
