He's insulting you. Basically implying that if YOU can be a model, then obviously the modeling agencies don't have terribly high standards. Then again, being likened to an Abercrombie model isn't that complimentary anyway. Those people look like they're made entirely out of plastic.

Yes, well the guy that said that is ugly as shit, so I don't know if he is saying it b/c he is bitter and wants to attack anyone who gets a compliment. But, what I don't understand is, I posted my face pic at a plastic surgery forum asking what to change, most were astounded, saying I didn't need it at all. I don't want to go through my life ugly if I could very well change it. it's just the compliments clash with the insults, and I end up confused.

Well, turns out it wasn't an insult, I had mis-perceived what he had said, according to him. And usually, if this guy wants to insult you, he'll make sure you know he is doing it. I think there were a few key words I missed. Anyway, I guess it doesn't matter. Thx for the replies.
