Hey, I didnt know a good title.
But i'm looking for someone, which has social phobia too, to speak with,
and maybe practice the difficult situations together.
Like going out together, doing fun activities, or sumthing.
I dont know if there is someone who lives near to me,
But maybe we can spent some time together.
First let's talk on mail/msn, and if we know eachother better maybe we can do that.
If you like the idea, please let me know..
It doesnt matter which country you are from, it could be possible to do that, but i know that's not very easy ::p:

You know, it's quite futile to look for long-distance contacts. The amount of time that is needed for a successful interpersonal relationship is immense. That plus the time you would need to meet up often enough for it to make real sense simply doesn't work. The same argumentation underlies the instability of long-distance romantic relationships.

My suggestion is to look for friends on local social networks. Perhaps an SAD help group? Or ask your psychologist/therapist if he/she knows someone else who'd like to meet up once in a while. After all, a way to fight loneliness is to bring two lonely people together.
