I hate...

Watching my wife suffer carrying our son in a car seat with a diaper bag, down two flights of stairs to the car. Then having to walk back up and grab the basket of laundry and take it down as well. She was forced to do this through-out her entire pregnancy. Carry things that were too heavy up and down the stairs. This is because I'm a coward and afraid of someone seeing me.

I don't know what to say, I really don't deserve a family.

You'll have to eventually face your fears, but in the meantime, try and make it up to her in other ways.. doing most of the housework... etc...

Like Dronee said, you can't hide forever. And offcourse you could make it up by doing a lot of work inside the house. You can be happy that you have a wife like that.

Yeah, if it were me and my partner had that kind if problem, I'd be perfectly happy if he did the rest of the housework!
