i cant help but notice men wearing eyeliner on tv?

so i can see more men wearing eyeliner on tv whats the deal with this is it the new in thing?


im not sure if its called eyeliner its where under the eye is shaded black

I thought everyone on TV wore makeup. I think it has something to do with the lighting and cameras and other factors like that.

but im watching something on bbc 3 its something about diamonds and the men look lyk ther wearing eyeliner
