we are gonna do it again. Properly this time!

8)WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO DO HYPNOSIS AND WHERE?
(Location and body position)

9)WHAT METHODS ARE THERE FOR SELF HYPNOSIS?

10)WHAT IS THE BEST ATTITUDE TO CARRY INTO A HYPOSIS SESSION EITHER
WITH A THERAPIST OR SELF INDUCED?

11)CAN YOU GIVE SOME SUCCESS STORIES OF HYPNOTHERAPY BEING USED TO

i need to try it again cause i cant sleep!

honestly people, try it out, it cant harm you, it just makes you feel relaxed

but dont try it while driving, or opperating machinery!
or as someone said "during class"

there is a way to switch your mind off and think about nothing!
when your brain starts to think about stuff, just tell it to go away and when that thought of thinking comes back again, tell it to go away again! practice it for a while and it may work for you

You can get hypnotherapy on the NHS, see you GP about it, they offered it to me as an alternative to meds as tinnitus keeps me awake at night
