I feel too warm all the time which is a serious aggravating factor for my HH.
I think if I could reduce my temperature it wouldn't be as bad.
I recently checked it - it's 37.5 degrees celsius. This is on the high side of normal.
Has anyone tried a calorie restriction diet to reduce body temperature?

I've noticed if I get the dosage of glyco right, I do not notice hot temperatures at all, other than external heat i.e. sunlight on my skin. I'll not be sweating and will not feel too hot either.
