I just started working again, and after one day I realize it's going to be the same experience as my last job, except this job is even more social and entails a lot more close observation and pressure. Normally I need like 2 days to unwind after a really social, long day. I feel myself with an after-lasting of stress for this time, as if i'm not completely out of the environment (recalling mistakes, embarrassments, etc, and just socially worn) but I'm working every day this week. This feeling leaves me going into work looking antisocial and frowny... Which just aids to my stress.
What helps get your positivity and love for human beings back when you are socially drained to the max, in a shorter amount of time than needed compared to isolating yourself until you're energized again?
Is it staying in a social loop, and instead of trying to rest alone, building a life outside of work with friends that let's you forget about work the next day? Or, just spending time alone as much as possible, or what.
.. If I can't rid this, I might just have to work night shift or something.
