how to get rest

i'm constantly tired. headache, can't go to school because i am burned out. I am totally breaking down. I fainted a few times, and school just adviced me to stay home a few days. How should I fill in these days?

I figure myself doing stuff stil. And my body hurts, i am dizzy like hell and hyperventilating and when someone asks me something (my mom, or brother) i see my mind thinking ''Go shut your mouth and f*** up'' it's not that I don't want ot listen to them, i'm just pissed and I cannot stand any sound right now.

I am so going through a hell right now. How can I relax? I am choking.

Wow, you really do go down in major way, eh? Sorry to hear that. You seemed to be doing alright lately??

You know, i could be wrong, but all the symptoms (except fainted, hyperventilating & dizzy) to me seems to points to --> major chemical/toxidity reactions.
So i think it would be best productive use of time to (as well as trying to rest!), try to find out what possible things that u could be having allergic/toxic reaction to. "You are what you eat" (& what toxins are "consumed" into your body from environment). Your mental is scre*wed up, so that i would say is due to the physcial being scrw*ed up too.

I can advise you further (as have had major toxidity-nerves problems/reactions in past). But to start with, maybe see if can know what harsh chemicals are in your invironment (soaps, shampoo, fragrance, hair-coloring, clothes-wash, ...). And in your abode (mold, damp, gone-off food, eletrical-appliance smells (incl light bulbs)).

To tide you over the worst, maybe you could have a beer or two each day (as can help to tone-down some of these nasty symptoms, such as body pain, nerves-breakdown, aggro mood).

The mind and body need rest. Anxiety can burn our energy very fast. If that is the case, you need to get rid of anxiety. Some of the things that help are Meditation, walks in gardens, reading a good book that interests you and listening to nice peaceful talks(try ajahn brahms talks on youtube).

Mr.Bean might help you too.

Here is something that might help:
Agitation

Restlessness is often a cover-up for some deeper experience taking place in the unconscious. We humans are great at repressing things. Rather than confronting some unpleasant thought we experience, we try to bury it. We won't have to deal with the issue. Unfortunately, we usually don't succeed, at least not fully. We hide the thought, but the mental energy we use to cover it up sits there and boils. The result is that sense of uneasiness which we call agitation or restlessness. There is nothing you can put your finger on. But you don't feel at ease. You can't relax. When this uncomfortable state arises in mediation, just observe it. Don't let it rule you. Don't jump up and run off. And don't struggle with it and try to make it go away. Just let it be there and watch it closely. Then the repressed material will eventually surface and you will find out what you have been worrying about.

The unpleasant experience that you have been trying to avoid could be almost anything: Guilt, greed or problems. It could be a low-grade pain or subtle sickness or approaching illness. Whatever it is, let it arise and look at it mindfully. If you just sit still and observe your agitation, it will eventually pass. Sitting through restlessness is a little breakthrough in your meditation career. It will teach you much. You will find that agitation is actually a rather superficial mental state. It is inherently ephemeral. It comes and it goes. It has no real grip on you at all. Here again the rest of your life will profit.
