6x times a day huh, that's a lot, what times do you eat?

I try to eat every 2 or 3 hours starting at approximately 7-7:30AM, so the last meal of the day would be at about 9 or 10, but lately it has been difficult beacause of work schedules; I think I'll have to get more sleep, maybe that's why I haven't been able to make more gains in the last month.
There is a lot of good advice on this thread, I will have to read more carefully, maybe I can benefit from it as well.
