How Severe is Your HH?? and Treatment

I would have to give my HH an 8 out of 10. It makes a lot of situations uncomfortable but there a few rare moments where I actually get to enjoy myself for a bit. I have palmar/plantar HH, by the way. Also, I just started taking Prozac to help with my anxiety issues... Has anyone experiences any changes in their HH when on Prozac?

mine is a 11, I have to take spare shirts to work and other places when I'm up to it. Sometimes I can go into work and be there for 20 minutes with other people and I look like someone has tipped a bucket of water over me =:(

I guess I should count myself lucky, as my HH is limited to my hands and feet. I find that I sweat fairly normally on the rest of my body.

As far as palmar and plantar HH goes, I would rate it a 10. They sweat to the point that it drips of my hands and even my feet wen I'm not wearing socks. Basically, if you ran your hand under the tap and then removed it, the water on your palms is about the extreme point of how bad it can get with my hands. My socks can be soaked to the point that you can feel a significant difference in the weight of the socks when you pick them up, compared to when they are dry, due to the weight of all the sweat lol

Thank god I have had success with ionto treaments. Someday I hope someone will develop a cure for all of us. I can only imagine what it's like to to have general HH. Keep your heads high people and know that you're not alone.
