Thanks for the info. I was wondering though, have you taken Robinol at some point in the day and then worked out or exercised and been ok? What I've understood is that you could take it before a situation that may cause you to sweat, get through that situation and then it would wear off and you could exercise.
What would you think of running in the morning before you take it. Then take it, go to work and later in the afternoon, evening ride my bike or swim.
I want to be a triathlete, but I'm tired of my hands and feet sweating so bad during situations that may seem stressful.
What do yo think.
