When I have to face new people, my mind goes blank and I can't say anything. I say small sentences or words, like "hello" "yes" "no" and can't come out with something more, so I get very anxious and try to keep the conversation flowing with anything that comes like "nice sweater" (the holder has some old normal sweater) or "crazy weather, uh?" (when the weather is just normal)but it doesnt make sense so the person gets confused (or laughs, in the best cases)
Sooo.... what do you do to avoid anxiety and make a conversation? I mean, how do you intend to handle it?
And if you don't, what do you think you should do?
