But I think you're asking how to do that when he doesnt love u back, or you broke up with him.
The problem is simple here too. But of course painfull (if someone know a less painfull way tell me): forget him. Try not no see him ever again till your love passes. Throw away all your memories about him, or put them somewhere you are not tempted to acces them. Dont talk to his friends anymore and dont do anything that reminds you oh him, like going to places that u associate with him, listening to music that makes u think about him, etc.
I'm saying ''him'' because I assume you're a girl, am I right ?
Later edit: find someone that resembeles him, or if it doesnt resemble him, pretend he is him and u will soon forget about him because u love someone else now. That was a less painfull way I was looking for. Still looking for a painless one :d
