HH coming back

Hi, I've been using my idromed for over a year now and for the most part it has worked pretty well. But now my hand and foot on the right side are starting to feel clammy again ( the calm before the storm. I've also noticed that I have been burning up a lot more recently but this could be a anxiety side effect of thinking about hh.

This happened around six months ago also but I cannot remember what I did to remedy the problem.

When this happens, do people:

Stop treatment for a period then resume or
Increase number of treatments and ampage

My current settings is Hands 8 - 10 amps; Feet 15 - 20 amps ( x3 a week )

I loathe the idea of stopping but if it is the only hope.

Any suggestions/ ideas would be gratefully appreciated.

Cheers

Have you changed anything, like frequency of treatments, or duration of treatments, or the water that you're using?

i know that for me, the water i use winds up making a big difference. i was doing treatments for a while succesfully, then I moved and they stopped working. i think reason was the different water at my new place. it just didn't work like the water at my old place.

Hey Gfunk, Ive got the same problem. Ive been using my Idrostar for the last 18 months with great results, but for the last few weeks my left hand (particularly the finger tips) has started sweating pretty badly. I decided to increase the frequency of the treatments and see how that goes.

I've been using the Drionic unit with success for about a year and a half, and the way I've been using it is I would use it until the sweating stopped, then stop treatments and just wait unti the sweating came back before I started treatments again. To be honest, I was kind of lazy and waited till the sweating came back almost full force before I started trreatments again, but it has worked for me everytime. I'm curious to know if your body can develop immunity to the treatments, but a gentleman from another HH forum said that he's been using Ionto for many years (can't remember how many) and it still works for him no problem.

IMHO, I would quit treatments for a while, then start up again. In the future, after you've done the initial treatments to stop the sweating, don't do nay maintenence treatments UNTIL you start to sweat a noticeable amount again. See how that works for you.

Thanks for your replies guys.

Damien I havent changed anything - my amps vary between 16 - 20 due to comfort levels but everything else is the same.

Hydroman let me know how you get on. I have started doing the same by upping the frequency ( maybe 10 days straight ).

Soy Sauce - was thinking of doing what you said but I have a job interview coming up and don't wanna take the risk.

Thanks again

The water can make a difference, have you tried Badoit it's a mineral water which comes out the ground already carbonated, france has done medical trials with it and its what the hospital recomends to use, you don't have to throw the water away just rebottle it till the next time you use it. It can be bought from morrisons (uk) but don't forget don't let others drink it use less you dont like them.lol.
