Hey im new

[Biggle]

Hey im new on this forum. Im from Denmark and i have been shy for most of my life, but SA began affecting my life in my teen years and has now gotten to a point where it has ruined most of my life, as i have to force myself through almost every thinkable social situation. Well anyways i hope to meet new people here or/and find support for going through this nightmare
