My name's Marah, and I used to be such a shy kid. I'm fifteen years old, and have been diagnosed with Social Anxiety.
I had therepy which helped for awhile there, but now I'm more scared than I've ever been in my entire life.
I would join a group for Social Anxious students/teens even for adults, but I no of none in the Anchorage Area.
