Hello, I'm new to this forum and English is my second language. Please, excuse any grammar errors. The only reason I joined, is because I am a shy person and I tend blush from time to time. My condition is not as extreme as many of the people here, but it still annoys me and keeps me from making friends. Fortunately, I don't sweat at all and my hands are very dry all the time.
I guess most people don't notice Im shy because I always try to appear relax ,look people in the eyes, and have good body language ( always walk with my head high and stuff like that ), of course i have forced myself to do these kinds of things and now they are natural to me.
When they get to know me, is when they find out I'm shy because i don't talk much and my conversational skills suck. Sometimes I blush, especially if I'm put on the spot. For example, I blushed one time when a female hair dresser that was cutting my hair, asked a personal question. Other time, when people have told me Im good looking or handsome, I don't blush.
It's weird because I have been told that by women and girls, and I just smile and no blushing but other times I blush for the stupidest things.
Im in college and i dread presentations. So far i haven't had give any, but I know I will have to in the future.
I ordered some prepranolol pills. I have read here that they are good for blushing and giving presentations.
