ETS in a way is like Russian Roulette. You just never know the outcome. Living life is the same. One never knows the outcome of any surgery or anything for that matter. Personally, I decided against having ETS when I contemplated it many years ago. I know how my body would have reacted and it wouldn't have been pretty. Some people feel they must try it. One might end up with dry hands... and more sweat in a different area. For some the tradeoff is worth it.
