Hi all. I've been reading the site for a while now and have made a few posts but decided I should introduce myself. My name is Paddy. I'm a 28 year old male who lives in Ottawa, Canada. I've never been diagnosed with SA but from what I've read it seems to fit. I'm painfully shy around people I'm not familiar with, so this has lead me to have a very small social circle. I'm hoping maybe speaking with others like me online will help me get the courage to go out into the real world and meet some new friends and maybe someday find a girlfriend.
